The work under this contract includes construction of the Early Site Package phase of the Monroe North Apartments project. This initial phase consists primarily of earthwork, utility installation, limited site improvements, and related appurtenances necessary to prepare the site for future building construction as shown on Plans titled “Monroe North Apartments” prepared by Hurt & Proffitt, Inc. revised through 08/08/2025, and as described in the Contract Documents. See the Agreement, Article 1 for specific description of Work. Contract is to be awarded on a unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. |
