Work shall include abatement/removal and proper legal disposal of asbestos-containing materials, work related to remediation/removal/stabilization of lead-based paint coated surface, and other hazardous and non-hazardous wastes, and legal offsite disposal of removed items and materials. Bids shall be on a Lump Sum basis. |
